The first Gaia Spirit Festival was held in September 2011, and was the fulfillment of a dream - to hold a festival where people of all ages could gather to learn new things and improve our quality of life, health and enjoyment. A place where we can awaken ecological and spiritual awareness in a free and natural space in a beautiful part of Spain. The next Gaia Spirit Festival will be in 2013. Tickets for the Gaia Spirit Gathering are very reasonably priced at 50€ for adults for the whole weekend, including camping (children under 13 are free, young people only pay 15€) and are available on-line at www.festivalgaiaspirit.com, as well as from several shops/centres in the Vejer area. Tickets are limited, so to avoid disappointment, buy yours now.

The Main Stage is up!

Last Saturday saw huge progress at the festival site in La Muela, after 16 people made up of festival crew and volunteers worked in teams on a variety of projects.

Second Volunteering Day - and the Dome is almost done!

Last Saturday a group of almost 20 volunteers of all ages met up for the second volunteering day to prepare Festival Gaia Spirit, which will take place in La Muela from 2nd to 4th September. Refreshed by a westerly breeze (and a dip in the pool) we worked in teams on a variety of projects in preparation for the event.
